Kwaku A. Ohemeng-Agyei, Director
Kwaku is a self-motivated and results driven entrepreneur capitalizing on years of studies and a wide spectrum of experiences gained from numerous entrepreneurial endeavors. He has a strong command over business and management principles as they pertain to development and resource allocation. He worked with Guinness Ghana Ltd for his national service; Hackney Council as a transport administrative officer; K & K Partners as CEO, PAKOS Entertainment as CEO; KMK Entertainment Ltd as CEO; AKOA Limited as CEO and Square Mile Properties Limited as CEO. Kwaku holds a BSc Business Administration, University of Ghana, Legon; MBA International Finance, University of Leicester; MSC Finance and Investment Management, University of Hertfordshire. Kwaku has also passed CFA level 1.
John Asante, Director
John has over 10 years’ experience in project management with a focus on building the capacity of the private sector to enable it function effectively as well as serve as a catalyst for economic development by creating employment opportunities and reducing poverty. He is currently a Grants Officer with the BUSAC Fund, Accra, a role has held since 2016. Prior to this, he was Assistant Project Manager, ARB Apex Bank Limited, Accra; He also worked on the DANIDA/Apex Bank Rural Finance Programme; Private Enterprise Foundation, Accra as Project Assistant; Capacity development for pro-poor private sector led growth through enhancing corporate governance across Ghana under the Government of Japan and United Nations Programme (UNDP) etc. John has a BSc International Business and Marketing from the Schiller International University, Leysin, Swtzerland and a Master of Business Administration – MIS from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
Wendy Malm, Director
Wendy is a performance driven, dynamic leader and team player in the capital market with a proven ability to achieve and exceed all business development and revenue generation goals. She holds a BA combined major in Geography and Economics, and an MBA (banking and Finance) from the Paris Graduate School of Management. Between 2012 to 2018, she worked at SIC Brokerage Limited where she exited as Head of Trading and Joined the Ghana Commodity Exchange (GCX) and serves at Head, Trading, Central Depository and Surveillance. Wendy is also an Authorised Dealing Officer of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), a Certified Cashew Grader, and an ICAG student member.
Victor Avevor, Chief Executive Officer
Victor has worked in Ghana’s capital markets in the last 16 years and has experience in investment management, securities trading, capital raising & financial technology. He manages over GHs150m across provident, pension and private wealth funds and specialized funds. Victor is certified by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI), UK in Wealth Management and Investments. He holds a first degree from the University of Ghana, Legon (Psychology, Philosophy), Securities industry certification from Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and is a licensed GSE Securities Dealer.
Nathan Tete Tei, Company Secretary
Nathan is a Solicitor from the United Kingdom. He is a driven and proactive lawyer, who has demonstrated an immense knack and talent for corporate and commercial practice, on the background of competent qualifications from Oxford University (Legal Practice), Oxford Brookes University, Birmingham University UK (LLB), University of Ghana, Legon (B.A.) and Ghana School of Law (Post-Call). He is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Law Society of England and Wales. He is also affiliated to the Junior Lawyers Division of The Law Society, England and Wales and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
Nathan’s areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and capital markets, intellectual property, banking law and financial services law, corporate finance, debt recovery and trustee services – from incorporation of companies to corporate governance matters. He has also been involved in maritime cases involving ship arrest and releases, and ship evaluations.
Nathan also has immense experience and knowledge of Ghana immigration practices, regulatory and compliance regime.

Kwasi Tumi – Member
Kwasi is a Senior Banking Professional with over 29 years of experience in all areas of the financial services industry and a high degree of integrity demonstrated through an outstanding record of rewarded achievement. He possesses a proven ability to spearhead turnaround strategies and conduct strategic reviews to identify expansion opportunities. He is an adaptable individual, with significant strategic management experience, strong troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to implement innovative solutions and optimize resources. His experience is further enhanced by excellent communication skills. Kwasi has an absolute commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service and has served in the following roles: Assistant Treasury Manager/ Assistant Accountant/ Accounts Officer at Cal Merchant Bank Ltd. Head of Client Service/ Money Market Manager/ Senior Dealer at CDH Financial Holdings Ltd where he rose from being a Senior Dealer, through two promotions to became Client Service Manager. Head of Treasury at Stanbic Bank Ltd; Deputy Managing Director/Executive Director/ General Manager at Cal Bank Ltd and Managing Director: Premium Bank Ghana (Formerly City Investment Company Ltd, CIC). Mr. Tumi is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
David Tetteh, Member
David is an investment banker and stockbroker who has worked in the West African capital markets over the last 16 years. He has led several equity and debt capital raising transactions across financial services, real estate, and agri-business sectors. David is a former member of the council of the Ghana Stock Exchange and the technical committee that set up the Ghana Alternative Market (GAX) and the Ghana Fixed Income Market (GFIM). He was until recently the CEO of CAL Brokers Limited, a position he held for 10 years. His work experience includes Fund Management (Circa GHs200m), Private placements, IPOs, investment management and capital market regulation. David consults for the Ghana Stock Exchange and Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Africa. He holds an MBA from the University of Ghana.
