Validate your account in 6 simple steps
As part of the ongoing reconciliation of the fund, our online client portal provides a convenient channel for us to quickly and seamlessly validate all GMMF shareholders.
1. Provide Email or Mobile Number
Enter the email address or mobile number you used to open your GMMF account.
You will be receive a confirmation (2FA) code via your email/phone number.
2. Enter Code to Proceed to Portal
Enter the code to proceed to the client portal.
Please check your spam/junk mail folder. But If you did not receive the code please contact us for manual validation.
3. Review & Update Your Details
Upon entering the Portal, click ‘View Full Profile’ to review and update your personal information & investor details with the Fund, as required for the reconciliation.
4. Provide Missing Information
Click “Edit” to make changes to any incorrect information and submit evidence of investment with GMMF on the File List section. You may save and return to continue later.
5. Review Info Entered and Submit
After filling all the required information, click Save and Finish to complete your update. Please note that you will not be able to make changes to your profile details after submitting.
6. Make Change Request if necessary
For any subsequent amendment to your information, click “Add Profile Change Request” and select the type of request (Text, Date or File upload).
